@Jolefay This song is the debut single from German synthpop/new wave band named Camouflage. This song is a German synthpop song. Industrial songs of the 80's were more aggressive, confrontational, and angry.

@Jolefay Idk, I wouldn't really classify this as Industrial. I am 43 and went through the whole new wave New romantic, Industrial and grunge movements. ALL my old school friends allways compared these guys to a wanna be Depeche Mode. That said, I did like their music. Yes, I went to Front 242, Front Line Assembly, KMFDM, Skinny Puppy, Pigface, Ministry, Revolting Cocks, My Life with the Thrill Kill Cult etc... THOSE were industrial !! Sorry , just giving you my take.
