No warrant = No entry
The second part of an unlawful forced entry to a domestic property by officers Detective Stephen MacDonald and Sergeant Gareth Blackburn of the Metropolitan Police. This occurred just 5 months after an upheld IPCC judgement against an officer in the London Borough of Hillingdon.
The entry to the home was declared unlawful by the IPCC, under threat of Judicial review in July 2010.

Sick of these corrupt policy enforcing hypocrite psychopath scum roach clowns, those counter productive jobworth drones would crawl through the woodwork if they could, absolute power tripping morally inept degenerates. Anyway good on you for standing your ground on this harassment, more people are obviously going to have to see what is going on first hand, before they come to realize the government, judicial &police state cretins they are supporting do absolutely nothing good for society at all.

@35THIRTYFIVE
heard on the jungle drums that these police officers are in alot of trouble. cause not only did they do what they did, they lied to the IPPC investigation.
it appears harsh to speak to a police officer the way i am speaking but always remember that they have done basically nothing about MPs expenses and said nothing when the govt were trying to inject you with dodgy vaccines; a subject that i am a little bit of an expert on. they made their bed, now they have to lie in it.

Police Mistakes
Detectives dealing with a domestic case.
Poorly dressed for dealing with such a case, shirt and tie piggys and show some respect, its not a undercover football hooligan dragnet.
Entry without a warrant or consent.
Non attendance of uniformed family support officer, what would have happened if there was no-one to look after the kids, upon arrest under suspicion.
False arrest and inpisionment, if they had proceeded unless the chap stupidly incriminates himself.

if he had said this instead of all that fluff, then they would have walked, and probably never darkened his door again without at least an inspector or above.
little quips like nice weather always do the trick as they realise that you have done this all before. read from bottom upload.
nice upload though.
naughty policemen.

you still want to arrest me, after entering my property without my consent, without a warrant, it would behove you to realise that from this point on i will no longer say anything more to you, so its time to decide.
i have already got you on tape for three counts of un-professional conduct in the performance of your duty, so honey get my jacket, i have some paperwork to do at the station, best place really to fill in all those forms.
nice weather boys, would you like tea before we go !.
markscott7777777 1 year ago
thankyou officer, but my ex-wife is always doing this, so if there is no other evidence backing up her trumped up allegation then would you be so kind as to leave. i am happy to come with you to the station, under suspicion if thats what you want to call it, on the Understanding, that should it be or turn out be nothing more than her word against mine, then you will be liable both personally and in your position as a police officer for my false arrest, imprisonment and general waste of my time.
