@XxCARNAGExXown Tips : Eat healthy; fruit, nuts, natural sugars e.g. dates, fish, vegetables and NO JUNK FOOD. e.g. Chocolate, cake, chips. Exercise for an hour everyday or go to the gym. Eat less - try to reduce portions and substitute dinner with a yoghurt and some fruit :) - I lost 33 pounds and i'm much healthier.

Just stop eating night time.
stop drinking cold liquid with food.
And stop drinking beer.
If you do this, i am positive you will lose supper fast.
If you substitute the bread in the morning or have things for fruits.You will lose even faster.
