go to your GP if you do indeed have this then they will do the procedure on the NHS.

The Doctor is a master sculptor. I flew 16 hours to see him and he performed wonders. After 1 months break to heal, the next year I have worked very hard @ the gym and am now a proud owner of a wonderful chest with no scarring. I cannot recommend this man highly enough. Do it you wont regret it!
