Mark Stepro? Is this the same Mark stepro that was in a Mansfield, OH band 10 yrs ago under the name of the Blackwater Band that opened up for big name artists like Tom Petty, Black Crowes & the Allman Bros? I loved that band. Our public library still has their 2 indy label albums. Wish they'd make a comeback. They were one step close to making it big.
