@Bob123419 Not two people are built exactly the same, so ones experience will vary quite a lot. The guy in this video claims that he cannot possibly masturbate, and judging by how desperate he sometimes sound to be released, I sort of believe him :)

But... I have also talked to some people who are locked up and are able to do so, although with some trouble, so I guess your mileage may vary. Maybe it comes down to how well the belt fits? After all, they are custom made.

@vongrad Yes okay, I believe that only a very few can be stopped from masturbating in a belt/cage. Most can lay down and hump, for example a mattress, creating enough friction in the tube and or penis for them to reach orgasm. Probably a painful or uncomfortable one at that though. Which in itself, may prohibit from further attempts, hehe.

@Bob123419 Maybe you are right, as a girl I can't really comment on that :) What I have heard, though, is that the belt is really quite rigid when locked on, and there is so little slack in the penis tube that you can't move it around enough to cause any noticable friction inside the tube. Maybe, again, this comes down to the belt being just the right fit.

@Bob123419 I know, and that's true with all of them (cb6000, DickCage, etc.). Masturbation and coming are all much more difficult but not impossible. After all, as Lonely Island's hilarious video "Jizz in My Pants" proves, a man can even come sometimes (embarrassingly) without having to touch himself at all! Still, you can't have sex while they're on, and since they do make masturbation more difficult, they're still an effective punishment Mistresses can use on their submissive males.
