  • Johnny Clarke is telling Africans that we Jamicans are your long lost (stolen) brothers and sisters, he is saying so with his music which is 100% African tunes, despite over 400 years of slavery the music is still African. Africans gave the world rock 'n' roll, jazz, soul, salssa, tango (rumba).

  • on arte they show "Roots" the story of Kunta Kinte from The Gambia, but that story never ends , so it seems, Bless Jonny Clarke
