If you listen carefully at 0:32 you'll listen to something like a knife cutting flesh, just after the scream, listen! doesn't it sound like cutting something? For me the best ones are season 2's and season's 5 with the blood, its so chilling.

@jackskellingtonsora haha couldn't agree more, i didn't like it. but everything else makes sense.
the feathers flapping of season 4 is the sign of the apocalypse coming with the birds of apocalypse and the voice shouting in fear, meaning that it's coming and its coming hard. Season 5's blood, is the inoccent blood being spilled and if you listen carefully you'll hear the angels speaking in Enochian. I am not making this up, Eric K. said it himself. But the one you mentioned? Totally HP inspired

4, 5, and 7 are the best things ever! It's better than cool-looking opening credits, because it's much more chilling.
