@fezmovies: Nope. Henson is a Peanuts/Shulz fan took the song from them. He liked it so much that even his tributes--both as something similar to an episode of TMS & his memorial service that brought out nearly every performer & their principle character out for a light-hearted celebration of Henson's work--used the song!

Very nice performance done by Uncle Deadly. Actually I was already missing him within this season - his presence has got its own creepy style.
But at the same time somehow you just have to think about each of his acts what Waldorf and Statler said somewhere in season one:
"That kind of act only comes once in a lifetime." "If you're lucky."
I love the Muppet Show - this level of entertainment has never been reached again and it is quite likely that it will stay like this.
