And, the video is great, shows some of the OLD forgotten buildings that are actually a part of the western culture of America, not the shit that was built in the yr. 2000 ;) Parts of the original Omaha that NONE of us are old enough to remember =)

I grew uo in the Mid-west, Mostly in Illinois, Missouri, and Iowa. And yep, Nebraska too. I always hated the heartland of America, cause most of the peeps are cold. Great song, but I think, if ya listen close, you'll hear that he isn't really singing about a Nebraska town. It goes deeper than that ;)

i've only lived as far as illionis but i relate to this the midwest is kool.much respect to the people that live and have lived there you are the real america.

I'm from Nebraska and this video does nothing for Omaha. This video would have been a lot better if it had included pics of iconic pieces.... Woodman Tower, Creighton University, Old Town, Henry Doorly.... the list could go on and on. Heck most people don't even know that Omaha is the home to the largest community theatre in the US which was started by Marlon Brando's mother.... Omaha has a lot of culture and even with the gangs and growing violence it's a beautiful city.

thank you for this..

I lived in Omaha in the summer of '07. It was wonderful! God bless Nebraska!

I live about 6 hours from Omaha, never been there though think I'll have to give the place a look.
I have lived in Omaha my whole life, and even though I'm only 15, I want to continue living in Omaha for years to come. Omaha has a little bit of everything. Omaha has its goods and bads, but it's a great place to live. I love Omaha!
