@shadowmink888 The Constitution says all citizens have the right to bear arms. Death Row inmates are citizens. Therefore, they have the right to AK-47s in our prisons, right? The Ninth Amendment says the government can ban anything it wants too, meaning your "tyranny" is constitutional.
