great video, i tried the unsure in vanila, with ice, 8oz fat free milk and 1 tablespoon peanut butter, it was soooo yummie

Thanks! Sounds good...I'm glad I don't have to do protein shakes anymore unless I am doing the 5 day pouch test. For some reason the shakes just never did agree with me.

I am so glad I found this video, I am currently 5 weeks out from the Gastric sleeve, and having a hard time finding a Grreatt tasting protein drink as my doctor is requiring me to drink 70 grams a day> omg! Sos
