Project Falcon is a free technology preview that simulates air flow around vehicles, consumer products, buildings, or other objects of your choosing in a virtual wind tunnel. Either load one of the included sample models or one of your own and within seconds you will be able to see and understand how air flows around it. Results update almost in real-time in response to changes in wind-direction and speed. Visualization tools including 2D and 3D flow lines, result planes, and surface pressure shading enable interactive exploration of aerodynamic phenomena. Drag force and drag coefficient can be optionally displayed as a measure of performance.

This interface seems born for touch devices! In the future there will be perhaps an app for the iPad and Android? It would be the first wind simulator for smartphones and tablets! great

That's not a bad idea we'll have to find a Ford Falcon model somewhere. As for the Revit idea, the Falcon team agrees. Stay tuned...

somehow I was expecting to see a Ford Falcon in this video...

potentially a revolutionary tool for more green, more economical design in all fields -- it should be in Revit too!

Project Falcon accepts STL files. Publish one from other CAD packages.
