  • I've got to say, this video is great, and as much as I like to hear prop spin, it's nice to hear something else.

  • No, they're not too cool with "make up your own approaches", that's def a no-no, it'ss basically the point of inst. approaches. Kinda on the level of giving your own clearance calls to the tower, haha, I think Modena72486 will catch that one.

But nice vid man, how much did you slow that frame rate down to get the shots of the prop like that, I dunno that my cam will even pic it up like that.

But any who, IMC is def fun, especially when all you can see is the propeller and white, good times!

  • Do you ever make up your own approaches, or would ATC have a cow over that?

    Consider.

"Minneapolis center, n5712G requsesting clearance for an improvised approach at ROX 31, 12G"

    Conjecture on ATC's reply:

"N5712g, clearance denied, squak 0008 for crazy and decend to 1200' so you don't kill anyboby and possibly can gain VFR minimums you psychopath, Minneapolis center."

But seriously would ATC go for an 'made up' approach these days?

  • imc baby

  • nice cloud views and the music is good too! I especially like the last couple of still shots.

  • great music and very cool shots, great video!
