I found these cool pictures of a Live-Action Grimlock, so I thought I'd share them. The last two pictures are the longest for annotations. Just in case you couldn't read the last two pictures, here they are:
Weaponry-
- High-Powered Flame Thrower capable of melting Destronium
- Chainsaw Sword can be superheated and cut through Titanium like butter (stored in tail while in Alt. Mode)
- Mini-Rocket-Launchers located in hips/shoulders (Alt./Robot Modes respectively)
- Can fire Energy Burst from mouth in Robot Mode
- Claws can rip through Concrete
NOTE-Hates Wheelie
1st & 2nd annotations: After the battle at Giza, the United Nations began an extensive cleanup operation of ground zero with the aid of the Autobots. Not only was the battlefield the site of a massive piece of alien tech, the Sun Harvester, it was also littered with dozens of Decepticon corpses. While NEST (Nonbiological Extraterrestrial Species Treaty) strongly recomended that the bodies be destroyed, they were transported to a secured location somewhere near Hell Creek, Nevada. Theodore Galloway, former liaison to NEST, had spearheaded a new project built on the specific intention of giving the Autobots "reasonable justification to leave the planet.," i.e. make the Autobots obsolete, removing them from the equation, and potentially the Decepticons, though with the added bonus of obtaining remarkable weaponry for defense against threats from both terrestrial and extraterrestrial... something Optimus Prime always advised against. Galloway was placed as overseer for Project Guardian, and focused the team's efforts on rebuilding the Decepticon bodies into a group of prototype attack mechs, controlled remotely during combat. When deciding what these things would turn into, it was suggested that dinosaurian would not only have excellent combat capabilities, but allow for a palatable marketing and merchandising tie-in for the public. Galloway, though personally thinking dinosaurs were stupid, accepted it as a reasonable idea for the prototypes. Three robots were initially created, the strongest being DB-01. Meanwhile, the Autobots were busy rebuilding the Sun Harvester into the supposed "Space Bridge" with the aid of the Matrix of Leadership, thier intent to return to Cybertron. When Megatron led a desperate assault on the project, Halloway sent in the Dinobots, as they were dubbed, to aid in the battle. Amazingly, the Dinobots held thier oen fairly well, and nearly defeated the Decepticons...until a shockwave from the Matrix, triggered by a careless Starscream, struck the Dinobots...and shut them down. The Decepticons were driven off, but with the Matrix in tow. The Autobots were upset at Project Guardian and wished the Dinobots be decommissioned, but Halloway wouldn't have it...of course, it soon fell out of thier hands; the Dinobots had obtained sparks. Grimlock, declaring himself leader, rampaged out of the base and headed for the wilds. Now the Autobots must not only retrieve the Matrix but the Dinobots as well.
