Dude, I don't care what anyone says, that's a travel. Look at the slo mo from 0:15 to 0:18. He takes three clear steps beginning with his left foot. Anyone who says it is not a travel because the refs didn't call it is a fool. Referees aren't aliens, they're human beings like us and they miss calls on occasions.
