Get the morning started with a quick and easy circuit of 10 exercise to ramp up the metabolism and start the Fat Loss Faster. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds. Your total workout will take 5 minutes to start. Add 15 seconds to each exercise each week until you are at 60 seconds per exercise. That now becomes a 10 minute workout.
