FileZilla Server Download: http://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=server

Also, keep in mind I had a cold when I made this...

I will try my best to answer any questions, and I hope I didn't leave anything out.

Also, I wouldn't subscribe to me if I was you, I don't come out with many videos or anything.

  • What if you want to create a gaming server or wow server?

  • @NoParkingProduction0 Well setting up a game server is much different than this, I'm afraid. There should be tutorials on it somewhere on the internet, but I think it's agains WoW's terms of use to make or use a private server. ;)

  • can i use a computer running windows 7 64bit to do this?

  • @puraraza5 yes, sorry for the late response

  • Hi, good tutorial. Filezilla ftp server is working, but I need to know how to block ALL web connections. I only want it to allow connections from computers on my home Lan network. Nothing from outside web. How do I do this? Can you make a tutorial showing how to set up this way?

  • @blueuniform911 Personally, I would just use the user and password features. However, that isn't really blocking other connections. There's an IP Binding section where you can list the IP addresses that you want to connect to it... I have not tested this option, but you could try it.

  • Why didn't you set a static I.P. address to the server?

  • @trainz222 You will need to use the webpage. open the browser just as he showed you in the video. type ftp://IP ADDRESS HERE, then press enter. Enter the credentials for access.

  • @arfonicle sounds like a routing issue. Check the router to ensure traffic is able to pass. Check the firewall settings to ensure ports are allowed.

  • So computers on the same network dont have to go to the ip adress in the web page, correct?? if so, how?? thanks

  • can i host a runescape private server on a ftp server ?

  • cool, thanks a lot
