they didnt put this song in, because every musical theme song is from roxies mind there is no way roxie would have known that they were talking about this topic so they had to take it out they keep it in on musicals but not on the films. its a shame though:(

My high school's doing Chicago, and I'm Mama, but we aren't singing Class. It's a shame, it's a great song.

I love this scene, irony, humor and some fuckin class.

@jahangirhussain1 Ah ah.
Not. Guilty!
-
"Holy shit, whatever happened to class, you twat?"
Ahhhh.
-
I don't care about the "Holy shit" part, but "Everybody you watch's got his brains in his crotch" is a far funnier line than "Every guy is a snot, every girl is a twat." I think it was Fosse who mad them re-write the line, but regardless of vulgarity, the replacement they wrote is simply funnier than the vulgar original. (And I'm usually all for vulgarity in any form!)

I love the irony in this.
But I think it would be better if Catherine Zeta Jones was less brash.
-
She says "all you read about today is rape and theft". she forgot to mention murder, the very crime she is guilty for.

@lettiemf which two people?

i simply love Mama and Velma....they rockkkk!!!!!
I love this! So ironic it hurts! A murderer songbird and a corrupt jail-guard singing about morals! Genius!
