Mom wouldn't have even known if the crowd didn't tap her... and the lady sitting down was on it as soon as her hand left the stroller but did nothing !! couldnt happen to any one really if you were standing that close to an oncoming train would you spend those3 seconds hitching your pants up?? or applying the stroller locks?/ thats why this does not happen everyday because you have to care more about your frikkin appearance than your baby.
