Anyone can put on ask or make an account with "anonymous" in the name to seem intimidating online. They are nothing to fear, the only anonymous to fear are the ones not flaunting it, the ones that find every bit of information about you online and compile it to ruin your image in the eyes of anyone that sees it, That's what they usually do.

Man everyone can be anonymous (yes, no capital letter). Everyone can wear that mask, and take it off whenever he/she wants. No one can prove that he/she hacked, phished, flooded, etc the FBI's site, they can tell "OH Duuude that's a fckin Anonymous/hacker " but there's no reason why the police should arrest you if you didn't do anything but wearing a stupid mask (actually, that mask's quite epic!). Don't understand why you people keep calling Anonymous "he" or "him"... clearly you don't understand what Anonymous is.
