"Ace. Rachel didnt find a dress, so shes flying to Europe to look for one. Can I come see you tomorrow?"
"Shes going to Europe to look for one." I mocked. "That Rachel sounds like a real winner Joe." I hit the reply button and sent him my answer.
"You really have a great taste in girls Joe. And yeah you can. Aly's going out tomorrow night so you can come here if you want. Well have the place to ourselves."
Now how to tell Aly and actually get her to leave us alone. I quickly pulled on sweat pants and a tank top and went back out to where she was seated.
"Hey Als?" I asked.
"Whats up girlie? You're not pregnant with Joe's baby are you?"
I laughed. "No. And glad to see you still have jokes." I sat down next to her. "Joe just texted me and wants to come over tomorrow...night..."
"Aqua..."
"I know. I know. Im up to my ankles already. But I promise I can handle this. The thing is, I told him you were gonna be out..."
"I'm not going ou-," she took the hint, "I'll be gone by five. Be careful lovie."
I smiled. "I will. I looked around, you don't happen to have Max's number do you?"
"In my cell."
"Ohhh. Getting cozy with spy boy?" I giggled.
"Aqua!!" she squealed.
I quickly dialed Max's number, still laughing. "Hey max! It's Aqua."
"Oh, hey Aqua!!" the boy on the line shouted over the noise in the background.
"What are you doing tomorrow night?" I talked louder so he could hear me.
"Nothing. More spying?"
"Yepp. My house. A little before five."
"Great see you then!"
"Oh and Max?"
"Yeah?"
"Don't get too wasted hun."
The boy laughed and hung up and I turned to face Aly. "He's a winner Als."
She threw her magazine at me as I bolted into the kitchen.
