I have been looking for this song for 30 years. I saw a clip of this video and couldn't figure the lyrics, or the artist. I was just hoping to find the song. Now I have found both this video, I uploaded, and the extended version of the song. Hope you enjoy it as I always do.

WOW What a great video I was 18 in 79 & I remeber going to work on my Vesps 200 (electronic-Fine machine) & not having a lid on the glove toolbox where I had a smallish tape c60 player & listening to all the great soul & funk on the way to work - Ha I had to use the tape machine because there was a lot of interfirence from the suppressor cap on the plug ,thus my radio would not work & I could not listen to RADIO 1 on 247 (in them days) all that came back from your download Wow thanks !!!

One of my favourite tunes of 1979, this made number 8 in England. And I saw them play at the Willows club in Salford that year. They were excellent.

To wait for 30 years to find this track is patience, a great tune from a great era. FYI Album is of the same name & bloody magic, a couple of Stevie wonder remixes feature.

I was actually at this recording of TOTP, thats me at the end of this clip, as the camera pans out, with the dodgy perm, well come on I was only 16! Great times

In the 70's I worked in the record business, so went around with groups like this and The real Thing, and The Love orchestra! Good times!
