As a former member of the 173rd. Airborne Brigade Bco.2/503rd Infantry (Airborne) Vietnam 65-66 and 82nd Airborne Div. 2/505 Infantry (Airborne).I would like to ask for all to please respect this forum and honoring this song for the Men of the 173rd.Airborne Brigade (1/503rd.)who lost their lives on 11/8/65.And Niles Harris who told this story. I lost good friends that Day and it irks me when I see or hear interservice Bravado at the expense of these lost gentle heroes. A Brother at Arms.
