  • Oats and the like give me heartburn. In fact if anyone is interested  look up "THE CANADIAN SETTLERS GUIDE" from waaaay back about a 100 years or more. Right there way back when, it was understood that when the digestion is off, heartburn is an effect from Oatmeal. See the guide on Google Books pages 111.

    Then just type in Google: Heartburn Oatmeal. Then look at just how many people suffer from this.

    People, are often giving out the wrong advice for many.
