What a Great Recording by a Very Talented Lady
-
who would've thought that this beautiful song would be put in fallout new Vegas: a post apocalyptic game of death and despair. only on Xbox 360 Frank sinatra sings this song alil better in my opinion
-
wow...this song makes me want to live in the 30's damn i wonder what the moon looks like back then...
-
One of the last songs John Dillinger heard before he died. That why i'm here!
-
i love this song in every versions.

@cfleming2691 Interesting you should say that. Ella always cited Connee Boswell as her biggest influence and Ella's early style is very similar and also Connee scatted when she sang jazz with her sisters.
-
Connee backed up by Victor Young--it don't get much better than these 2 together.
-
1961 version is better in my opinion.
-
great song great singer tks for posting
-
@cfleming2691 : Ella Fitzgerald might not have had that "velvet voice" had it not been for Connie Boswell...Ella always cited Connie as her main influence.
-
A nice version, but I prefer the velvet voice of Ella Fitzgerald singing this classic.
-
Where can i download this song?
-
@Rdburnzy haha, yap. :) I saw it in the trailer. Pretty cool, such a old classic. I did pre-order the Fallour new vegas btw. :D Can't wait; thx!
-
@Shawnium101 did you know it's in Fallout new vegas, by Frank Sinatra though.
-
Reminds me of fallout :S
-
Connee Boswell, almost forgotten, but one of the greatest singers of the 30's through the 50's.

Didn't realize the song was this old. I thought it dated back to the 'fifties. This is absolutely lovely. It has a very innocent quality to it, and her voice is beyond beautiful.
By far the best version of this great song. When God wanted to listen to great music he created Connee Boswell (and Martha and Vet).
