You keep touching your hair, then you touch the food. This becomes a sanitation issue.

im so confuse.. What about eggs, butter, sugar, and vanila?

I make a similar raw recipe often...but I add a lot more to it:) Ground nuts (several kinds; almonds, sunflower seeds, pecans, walnuts), then I add raw cocoa powder, or carob powder for a caffeine free option. Coconut oil, vanilla, & I add some healthy super powders too, that are optional for those who don't have any. And roll them in coconut shavings. They are heavenly! I always store in the freezer...they are cold and chewy. You can find recipes at my blog; link on my youtube page:)

I'm a vegetarian, but after making these, I am really considering becoming a vegan or a raw vegan. I made these treats today and they were amazing. My whole family loved them. Great recipe. :)

Great recipe, hate to put a damper on it though. With all due respect, in the kitchen, touching of ones hair is unacceptable if the food being prepared will be consumed by anyone other than the chef. Raw food especially, must remain as sanitary and pristine as possible. Just a thought from a conscientious observer.
