This guy. Every single video I see of him makes me go..wow. I swear to god. If I ever meet this guy..I'd tell him that he's a beautiful person. You know in the extreme makeover show? I manage to cry in every single one of them..but not in the end of the show when the client loses the weight or in the beginning of the show when the client is suffering..but usually in the middle when I see how concerned and and an amazing person he is. Just..wow. You're one of those people that deserves a Nobel P

@ChosenOne43 Hi, funny you should mention that because, I have started benching closer (inside the "rings") and don't find too much pressure on the shoulders but, like you said more stress on the triceps but, it does feel more like a shoulder press since I usually bench a lot wider.

Big weights for sure! my only concern for Chris is the closer grip Bench press the day before shoulder surgery but I'm sure he knows what he's doing.
