  • Actually it was... but it was unusually light on the speedway that day...

  • I hate NJ, the rude ass drivers, the people are always in a hurry to get nowhere. Why is it people are so proud to be from NJ, but move to South Carolina then want to bitch about people from the south.

  • I can relate to you, NJ Drivers are a breed all there own. I think running the I95 Speedway (NJ tpike) is a right of passage for all truckers, Good or bad I think It's an experience you'll never forget!

  • you ride road trains

  • Yep Double 48 footers...

  • whats so difficult in driving to new jersey

  • WTF THAT WAS PAINFUL!!!

  • I am not a fan driving truck in NJ or the north east my toughest trip was going to

    the bronx lol

  • nj turnpike doesnt allow anything over legal length width or height unless u work for or on the turnpike less im mistaken

  • ok. great vid. one other question where in nj can u pull double any thing over 28'6 you must be talking about the nys thruway that would be the nearest place to pull those

  • I keep preaching this: New Jersey is not as bad as some other places I've been to. Yes, there are some really tight places you have to get into (Jersey City, Newark, etc), but overall, I'll take the Turnpike or I-295 at rush hour over the Capital Beltway any day.

  • Hoboken resident here, love the vid. One question what would you say to someone who wanted to change careers and get started in the trucking industry? I've always had a great appreciation for drivers but my path led in another direction, now that my current career is kaput i need to do something else that i am interested in. So far all the info i have on trucking is you need a lot of cash to make cash in that game. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks.

  • Yep, been there, even made a wrong turn into downtown Jersey City, talk about needing to really watch those low clearance and truck restriction signs! I have great respect for you truckerdogfish, pullin 53' doubles through Jersey Turnpike. Drivers are nuts out there even crazier than LA drivers!

  • @MIKEL0352 meh probably

  • @McWolfcastle it's very easy to talk shit because I'm sure more people would agree with me than you......
