After having to re-create this instructional video 3 times thanks to a computer that likes to crash on me, I finally finished. It took forever for this video to upload! But, now, getting back to talking about this gun; I was inspired to make it when I saw TheKaspall's Lego Pump-Action Shotgun. I give partial credit to him for the idea, and for these instructions he made: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XtpfZx12hDM. This gun also includes a modified version of Koenigseggccr007's S-22 mechanism, so partial credit also goes to him. This gun is Pump - Action, has a six bullet magazine, is very easy and fun to load and shoot, is extremely accurate and pretty powerful, and is reliable. Sorry that this gun is multi-colored, but it was the best that I could do. I hope that anyone who decides to build this gun will enjoy using it. @Tkplayer1998 I'm sorry if this doesn't fix your problem, but make sure you followed the instructions correctly and are using the proper bullets. Also, if you want, try lubricating the internal components of the gun. This will improve performance by making the moving parts do their jobs more smoothly. Be careful though, some lubricants damage certain plastics, lego included. You should also make sure those rubber bands are nice and tight and that you're pumping the gun all the way. Good luck man
