Fall is a very dynamic time of year to visit Global Wildlife Center. This European red deer is showing dominance displays for the benefit of the male nilgai, the bluish grey antelope squaring off with him. European red deer rub their antlers on the ground and on trees to mark their territory, and bugle to see who can make the loudest call and attract the attention of the females.
