Rolling chinese health balls - the beginning

(31.10.07) This is actually my first day exercising with these balls. They still hit each other sometimes and rotating them another way around is much more difficult, but I think it's a pretty good start anyway.

Shooting the video with my cell phone also brought a little bit more challenge in this. :D
