Amazing how easy it is to only see subjects based on a single perspective, isn't it? Bin Laden was and still is a Middle Eastern folk hero that America only cared about "stopping" when he attacked them. Not so much concerned about the freedom fighter that beat back the Soviets, not so much until he butt-fucks your economy by blowing up your shit.

And for the record, there is no U.S. victory here. Bin Laden's plan was a success and it was he who won. Death is not a loss of anything, but of life.
