Sisters Delegation to Iraqi Refugees

From January 11-20, 2008, Sister Anne Curtis (Institute Leadership Team) will join a group of eight women religious in traveling to Syria, Lebanon and Jordan for the Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Sisters Delegation to Iraqi Refugees. During the trip, the sisters will experience the reality of life for the Iraqi refugees, grow in understanding of the issues that are impacting their lives, visit those sites where CRS and its partners are providing services, consider what can be done with the networks we have in the United States and internationally and develop awareness of and advocate for Iraqi refugees.
