I grew up being deaf to go through many pain and difficult times with my family in their hearing world...I learnt to keep going and to succeed.

  • I have the same experince, growing being deaf and have difficult time with the hearing people. I learnt the true colors of the hearing people, I have to avoid the uneducated people. I don't try to waste my time with my family when I am needed. I prefer to live my solitude life and I hardly could get around with the deaf people, even hearing people. I do fine by myself.. Very good video.

  • @98bakuganlover oh ok thanks so much!

  • @outrannaruto2008 look at ashleymichele07 vids called teaching you how to sign...very helpful

  • can one of you help me? i know my alphabet but not my symbols PLEASE HELP THANKS! (if you can it would be really helpful if you put up a video) but its your choice TY!

  • You should try talking but not actually letting sound out. Lip Reading isn't that hard if it's clear :)

  • same as mine,

  • well, if u dont understand ASL, then don't bullshit here.

  • Now my story is different I was born to wonderful and supportive parents that were deaf and I felt like the outcast because I could here. Sign was my first language I didn't learn english until I started kindergarden. I now am a teacher in a hearing impared school and I love it at first I thought growning up I was defective and didn't understand that not everyone was deaf now I feel bilingual!

  • BSL!! dont fucking understand ASL lol.. i am deaf and i use BSL!

  • Finally, found other deaf person that has same experience. I have same experience. My parents knows ASL, but still. I'm tired of asking my sister (my sister is the best interpreter, heh) what are going on, news. Now look at me, I'm on computer, all my family having fun, chitchating. ALso I live in a city called Calgary, not much deaf community like USA. Also I realized, what is affects my personal - shyness, don't know how to recite very well. Thank you for sharing your experience.
