Louis I need a kit for an MXR distortion II I have the case it has 4 knobs, just wondering what would work in this box. thanks I enjoyed the video.

@jettramel You will need the electronic parts and a set of instructions. You might check the various kit vendors on the Internet (do a Google search) to see if they will sell you only the part you need. Another way to go is to obtain a parts list (Again, a Google search should do it) and a wiring diagram with instructions from the Internet. Good luck. Let me know how it works out.

IS THIS A DISTORTION OR AN OVERDRIVE

@Angelos11111998 The DOD 250 is generally described as an Overdrive/Preamp. It doesn't have the harshness of a distortion pedal.

@chuckp235 Hi. Thanks for your kind words. Glad you found the video useful. I enjoy making these instructional videos for a number reasons. As a former teacher, I like helping people and showing them how to do things. As a hobbyist, I enjoy doing these projects myself. In doing them, I've found a new hobby - producing videos. It all adds up to lots of fun.
