When I watched this back in 2003 and just couldn't believe she was an alternate. Sometimes I wonder how those selection committees really work. I don't know the name of the person Chellsie replaced but she must be really really good to be able to beat a routine like that.

That was a GREAT routine for Chellsie; LOVE the Hindorff-Pak Salto combination, fantastic, and the dismount was out of this world!!

@KVHolland3 yeah the code of points is crazy..I wish sometimes it would go back to the way it was but at the same time I know why they changed it...This code of points can work but they have to make the scoring fair on all events. A gymnast that can score 16.9 on bars and the higest you can score on vault if it's done perfectly is a 17.2..that just crazy...All around doesn't mean I got overscored on one event.

@LCAmarkymark Thank you, and that's why I usually stay off Shawn Johnson Trials/Visa's because they're are too many Johnson's the best and I'll usually scream at them. I just can't contain myself when SJ gets a 16.100 or so while other gymnast get like 13.9s...
-
@KVHolland3 I do that sometimes...but there are some things I will not budge on...on is people on here use gymnast to put other gymnast down or make comments like "She will never beat so and so." You always have great comments and they are amazing.
-
@LCAmarkymark Yeah I look back on my comment now and wonder what in the world I was thinking...

How old is she here?
2011 and she's STILL going strong. Wow. Just wow.

@boytoyville, also you should check out Holie Vise's double front dismount from bars event finals of this same '03 worlds championships. or Carly Patterson's arabian double front off beam that helped win her the gold. i cant tell which is better stuck. someone should have a double front montage, LOL
