There was a 12"(plain sleeve) for this, in fact this was their first single to be released on 12"- I got it, it used to be considered rare, but you can now find pretty cheap on eBay. The thing with the 12" is that it lists this & the b-side "red over white" as like 9 mins long, but it's some sort of typo because they are both the same versions as what's on the 7" single. So , to answer your question, no, their is no original extended mix. a bunch of newer ones tho

Arrrh I only regret the fact that I don't hear the bassline very well ...

Nice, was there ever a 12" version or extended mix too Israel? I was listening to 'best of CD 2' and nothing there, missing gem surely!
Why 7 negs for this? What penises

John McGeogh, a truly great guitarist.
I was on to Magazine when they first formed (due to Johns guitarwork) was lucky enough to see them at Hull college of technology in the UK in1979, brilliant - watched his every move and learned a bit.
R.I.P. John,
not forgotten.

I agree, it sounds exactly the same as the original. It is a classic song though. Siouxsie and the Banshees rock!
