  • @rgslemer Blind WIllie Johnson is credited on Zep's album, nobody's fault but yours for not reading it

  • i am a 17 year old guy who has to deal with being shoved into the

"rap" group because of my age groups music preference....screw that.

Blind Willie Johnson is one of the GREATEST musicians ever. period.

in the words of ben harper

"Blues is Blues and Blues is Life and Blues is Soul and blues is is the music in the Heart that comes from the Soul so Soul music is Blues music and Blues music is Soul music"

  • That was just stunning. Wow...

  • @MrLespaul166 man...I went through the same thing only 15 years ago. don't conform to it. the world is rich with a history of beautiful, soulful, melodic songs. I was lucky my parents appreciated everything from Motzart to Led Zeppelin and of course the blues. what ever gets into your soul and moves you then that's the good stuff. and remember...there is no such thing as bad music...only bad interpretations.

  • @deeapril NICE! Love it

  • you cant play the blues if you aint got no soul. if you aint had the blues you aint got soul. So ,if you aint got no soul, well.....You cant play the blues!

  • Two types of comments on these videos. "I'm so young, and listen!" then "Nobody gives a shit." It's true - nobody gives a rats ass. You're pissing us off. Hipsters go to Hell.

  • i was raised off of rap,hip hop and r&b but fell into rock and blues yet i still come back to rap and stuff but i listen to blues daily

  • @dobi68 I dont like their version more. It's their style, great, but not better. :)

  • @squarerootofneg1be absolutely! I agree!

  • @chazbutcher lol! Testify! They sure did...and many more.

  • @deeapril :) cool. you really have one that gives him credit? that's cool.
