This is not doo-wop. This is classic New Orleans "in the crack" music. ("The crack" is the magic place between a swing beat and straight eight beat.)
Tenor sax Raymond Hill, who played on Rocket 88 and Junior Parker's Mystery Train. I expect this is Huey Smith on piano.

As a regular asian 25 year old I do not have access to great old music such as this.. The media (TV, Radio) only broadcasts lame 'modern' pop music.
In fact I have just heard about Jessie Hill a couple of days ago due to random search on Youtube.
So please, PLEASE DON'T DELETE THIS ONE! For the sake of introducing golden old music to young generation such as I

In the early 60's the crowd loved when this was played..my husband played guitar in a band..got the ppl moving! Love it!
