  • whoa! where'd u get an all black one from? the only one i could find was the little chrome and black one at the local pawn shop that i do buisness withy.

  • Got mine at a gun show in Houston, the dealer was up in Dallas. You can contact Phoenix Arms directly and ask for dealers in your area that stock the all-black ones. I paid $150 out the door during the height of the post-election price hikes, they should be $100-$130 now.

  • my dads been havin his for 10 plus years and its never had any problems u mustve just not taken care of ur shit

  • Let's keep the profanity to a minimum, or comments will be deleted. Thanks.

  • Indeed a great plinker gun.

I have heard some wives are carrying this for self-defense. Not a good idea IMHO.

On the range, I have had an average of 1 jam per 20 rounds. And, better, 1 jam per 40 rounds of CCI Stinger ammo.

Still....not the most reliable piece for Self protection.

  • CCI Mini Mags = no problems, also the Remington 333 box (very similar nose shape but less wax/lube on the bullet).

  • I guess from these comments that a glock is the only self defense choice...hmm. everything but a Glock jams and a .22 isnt a good self defense gun?? Its a bullet entering flesh at a speed way faster than a fist in your face. If a criminal wouldnt retreat because its a .22, then he wanted to die.

  • i just bought this same one for 129. its my first gun. i cant wait to go to the range.

  • Just got one, $190 out the door. Turners, the go for $149.99.... but that's MSRP's.. the highest, you can get em for $100 to $70 used. How's your hp22 holding up?

  • Just shot the gun last night, brand new. I was expecting some problems during the break-in period but about 200 rounds and no problems at all with federal bulk pack. Guess i got lucky with mine.

  • Just got one this past weekend as a gift. Having problems with it. My first gun. Cannot get them on the phone. To call it a piece of trash you would be rating higher than what it is.
