I believe diving is at own risk, aquarium or not. And besides, it's an animal, it's unpredictable, no matter what the aquarium-holders do with it, it can attack, but the risk is very small. So sueing because of an animal is quite ridiculous in my opinion..

also if the shark did bite him thats his fault bcuz if i had big teeth and i was a shark i would be mad too if someone shoved their buzz-cut up my face.
