The MEG series is my favorite book series by my favorite author, Steve Alten. This one is my second favorite book in the series so far. It was a really great novel. I read this and then bought it (I just need The Trench to complete my series and I'm reading The Loch right now) but I love Steve Alten's prehistoric animal books such as MEG and The Loch! You all HAVE to read these! They are seat gripping and once you start reading it, you can't stop! Steve Alten, you rock and I hope someday I can be as successful a writer as you! I'm still an amateur but my mind is ALWAYS focused on writing...if anyone has some little story they would like me to read, send it!
