Salt / Grit Bin Howard Avenue. Overturned again and damaged.

I passed the grit bin last night 30/11/2011 around 22:30 and found it had been overturned into the road again. Tonight it is raining quite hard so I guess the salt and grit will now make its way down the gutter to nearest drain.

For years it was safely positioned on the opposite side of the road out of the way but, where it is now it will continue to be a target for the useless / careless drivers out there. The grass verge is not level and this corner of Howard Avenue is used as a turning point when vehicles meet an obstruction further along the road.

Please reposition the bin back to its original spot on the other side of the road.
