Maybe if the reds stopped to munch on a "carcass" the greens could actually get away, instead of being devoured entirely.

what is the veggie called?
do they work in version 2.43.1L?

Has Darwin bots gotten a lot faster, do you have a really fast PC, or was this video taken over a longer time and compressed?
Did they evolve like that or did you write them? If they evolved that way what paramiters did you use?

They did not evolve, I wrote them.
I found out that swarming behavior is not stable with mutation activated.
They consume more movement energy in the swarm than alone.
By swarming they give the greens time to grow.
But a few lonely searching Bots have much better coverage.
They will eat the greens in an early state.
The flee ability of the greens is compensating that mostly but not complete.
By making the swarm eat all straying bots its very stable.
But the bots in the Vid don't do that ;-)
