  • @praj0506 telling the truth kannadigas and marathi's are a very similar bunch we adjust to other people's language so that they dont have. To we care to much for others which results in our own loss in other cities they don't have this problem for e.g chennai north indians flocking there already have a fear of the non hindi understanding average tamilian so they atleast learn english or some broken tamil to talk with the sons of the soil so that the latter dont have to adjust to their hindi

  • i am puneet... i wanna work in ur film pls cal....9449949830

  • Thanks for your response. I can tell you as someone who's trying to learn the language - there isn't enough material that makes it easy. In bookstores you find "Learn Language" books for Hindi, Tamil, Nepali etc - not easy to find Kannada. There aren't enough videos of shows/movies with subtitles to help learn the language. Someone has to be really determined to learn the language. Learn Kannada Fluenzy - the blog was one helpful option. I agree completely that respect for language is critical.

  • @Kingmanification Exactly,. One of my friend stays in Pune. He tells me the same thing. He learnt Marathi fearing for the Shiv Sena!! Hmm but this method has its very own advantage and a disadvantage!!

  • @ohmnima I agree Sir/Madam.. I am very well aware about how the outsiders also contribute to the growth of our city. And not everyone are the same. I am an engineering student and come across hundreds of outsiders in my college. Whether they learn the language or not is a different issue, but they must at least respect our language which many of them do not care about.

And thank you for the comment!!
