@ashleycayab815 ...Yes, its an annual event. This is Yonex Sunrise Philippines National Badminton Open Championships. It started last 2004. And its been 7years on the run. This year 2011 meron ulit this coming November at YPBC Badminton Club in Mandaluyong.
