To insert the labels into the magazine, pull back on the two arrows and pull upward. Insert the labels into the magazine with the labels facing inward. Leave about 3 inches outside and close. Tuck the remaining portion of the roll where it says Insert Labels, and press the handle until the labels are tightly secured.

To adjust the price on the labels, turn the knob. The white arrow indicates the character you are adjusting. To adjust a different character, pull or push the knob to the character you would like to adjust.

To replace the ink cartridge, pull back on the front cover to open. Press on both sides and pull the cartridge out. Insert the new cartridge, by pressing the two sides and locking it into place.
