This video is a review on a paper written by G. Beckers and S. Zeki. It was published in Brain in 1995. The paper is The Consequences of Inactivating Areas V1 and V5 on Visual Motion Perception.
@ariesas I'm sorry to hear of your troubles, but am glad you are getting better! I'm not surprised that something non-conventional has helped brain function; we don't know much about whats going on in there.
I received a blow to the head and im having similar effects like akinetopsia, but on a lower scale. After 5 years of depression finally the disorder is weakening, i can see more an more motion, You wont believe it but i think the drugs that helped werent even drugs but just supplements for athletes "Animal Pak". Maybe i will recover fully :)
