Prime example on how people mistake a gutiar solo. People always think that guitiar solo's are only for weird bending notes and fast picking....naww a solo is whatever music u create at the time that makes you feel good and in the process of playing alone. peace. good post.

@dommer730 imo i actually think he is underrated as a guitar player, his compositions require some technique, he is not an yngwie, page or emmanuel but i do believe he is a good player, above average to say the least wont you agree?

@oneswtwld was it the same solo? i had no idea he could improv, but if you saw the same one at SPAC he prob wrote it beforehand..

If only I could dance like that while soloing. Great solo, nice to see something different that the same old shredding. One big fat note at the right moment is all it takes.

@DanJee27 he's said in a lot of interviews it makes him too nervous to do. He does a lot of solo's just not in the traditional way.

Dave's a really talented and original guitar player..underrated I'd say..!
